Try Calling them and explaining you turned it off and twice it has reactivated. It was hard for some of them to get a refund depending how long had passed and if they had downloaded free games or used the sub. Sort of like a PSA as a lot of people were effected by it and rightly pissed off. There was a post a couple months ago when it happened last. It sucks it really does but try to remember to double check anytime you get a system update.
